The Annual General Meeting of Cardiff University Fencing Club will be held on 3rd April 2014 at 7:45 PM in the boardroom (third floor, off 'The Lounge') of the Students' Union. The meeting is comprised of two main sections: firstly there will be reports from the Club President and Treasurer, during this part of the meeting we will also ratify the documents of governance of the club. This will be followed by election of the 2014/15 committee.
Nominations for the committee are now open. To recap the committee for 2014/15 will be comprised of the following roles:
- Men's Team Captain
- Women's Team Captain
- Social Secretary
The Annual General Meeting is a requirement of and run in accordance to The Constitution of Cardiff University Fencing Club (available to download here)
