The meeting is comprised of two main sections: firstly there will be reports from the Club President and Treasurer, during this part of the meeting we will also ratify the documents of governance of the club. This will be followed by election of the 2014/15 committee.

Nominations for the committee are now open. To recap the committee for 2014/15 will be comprised of the following roles:

  • President
  • Treasurer/Vice-President
  • Secretary
  • Men's Team Captain

  • Armourer

If you wish to stand for any of these positions you will need another member of the club to second your nomination, once you have this please email the Club Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. If you wish to find out more about the various committee roles please look at the Committee Page or talk to the incumbent. Any full member of the club who will be registered students in the 2014/15 academic year are welcome to stand for any position, with the exception of the Team Captains where nominees must be gender appropriate.
